Raman Education Enterprise's liability is limited to the amount of fees paid for our services. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of income, opportunity costs, or emotional distress resulting from application outcomes.

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and documents. Information will only be shared with authorized government agencies, educational institutions, or other parties as necessary for processing your applications, or as required by law.

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Termination conditions include:

• • Mutual agreement between parties

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts. We strive to resolve all disputes through mediation before pursuing legal action.
